KARACHI: During the last few weeks, three former Presidents of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan have passed away. They include Prof. Zafar Ullah Chaudhry, Prof. Haque Nawaz and the last one was Prof. Kh. Sadiq Husain.
Prof. Zafar Ullah Chaudhry was a noted surgeon, graduate of Nishtar Medical College who also served as Professor of Surgery at King Edward Medical College Lahore. Prof. Haque Nawaz retired as Professor of Medicine from Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore. Prof. Kh. Sadiq Husain was a King Edward Medical College graduate, a distinguished medial personality who remained affiliated with King Edward Medical College as Professor of Medicine and retired as Principal of KEMC in 1986. May Allah Pak rest the departed souls in Jannah. Ameen
