KARACHI: Pakistan Journal of Medical Sciences published by Professional Medical Publications which enjoys the highest Impact Factor among medical journals published from Pakistan has achieved yet another landmark.
As per the Journal Citation Report released on June 20th2024 for the Year 2023, it has improved its Quartile Ranking from Q3 to Q2 which is a significant development. Again it remains the only medical journal from Pakistan to have achieved Q2 Quartile ranking. We are grateful to the Reviewers and members of the Editorial Team for this accomplishment. As a policy from now onward only those manuscripts which have some innovation, add some new information to world medical literature and also has increased chances of further citations will be entertained. Routine research will not be accepted for publication. Authors submitting papers to Pakistan Journal of Medical Sciences should take note of it and be careful, plan for atheist six to eight months, read instructions for authors on Journal’s website to avoid any inconvenience as processing fee is non-refundable.
