CME Courses at UHS Lahore
LAHORE: The second contact session of Certificate in Medical Editing Batch-7 and Certificate in Medical Journalism and Editing Batch-3 are scheduled from August 6th to August 9th 2025. These sessions will be held at the University of Health Sciences Campus Lahore.
The Department of Medical Journalism established at UHS Lahore is also likely to be formally inaugurated on the first day of the second contact session. This time the candidates of Certificate in Medical Journalism and Editing (CMJE) will experience a part of the session through Zoom Link from the offices of Pakistan Journal of Medical Sciences, Journal of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan and Journal of Pakistan Medical Association offices in Karachi followed by power point presentations and Hands on training at UHS.
Curriculum for both these courses are being constantly revised and updated keeping in view the requirements. In future qualitative studies will also be added in the course while a Session with an Alumni will also be included. Human aspects in Medicine i.e. Humanizing Medicine and How to write Research Grant Proposals has also been included from this session.
