Pre-Conference Workshop during PAMI Conference
LAHORE: One of the pre-conference workshops during the Third International Conference jointly hosted by Superior University and University of Lahore was on “ Leading with Character”. This conference was jointly hosted by Superior University and Universit of Lahore. This workshop was held at UOL Campus on April 11th 2025.

Facilitated by Dr. Masood Jawaid, Director Medical Affairs at PharmEvo Pvt. Ltd., the three-hour session focused on nurturing ethical, compassionate, and high-impact leadership among faculty members in medical and dental institutions.
The workshop offered a blend of interactive discussions, real-life scenarios, and reflective exercises designed to help participants translate leadership principles into their daily academic and clinical practice. It provided a space for open dialogue, collaboration, and peer learning.
Participants gave excellent feedback, noting the workshop’s relevance, practical value, and inspiring delivery. Many highlighted it as a much-needed initiative in today’s complex healthcare education environment. The session aligned well with the conference’s overarching theme: “The Transformative Power of Character Education: Shaping the Future of Healthcare Professionals.”
