Peshawar: In its efforts to help professional capacity building of healthcare professionals, PharmEvo has established FEMGPT portal Kiosks at various departments of Obstetrics & Gynaecology in the country. The latest addition to this was the inauguration of this facility at Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar. It was formally inaugurated by Prof. Junaid Sarfraz Dean & Chief Executive Officer of Lady Reading Hospital.

FEMGPT it may be mentioned here has been specifically designed for gynecologists serving in both public & private hospitals. This platform will serve as a comprehensive resource where gynecologists can directly access a wide range of Gynae-related medical information, guidelines, dosage protocol, and real-life cases, effectively saving time and ensuring Best Medical Evidence based patient care, thereby improving outcomes. The portal will be authorized and verified by an esteemed Advisory Board, ensuring the credibility and reliability of the information provided. With FEMGPT, gynecologists can conveniently search for answers to their queries, enabling them to enhance their practice and deliver improved patient care.
Before the inauguration ceremony, , Zainab Aqeel Khan Masters of science in Biostatistics and Epidemiology, DUHS, Karachi who is serving as Assistant Manager Medical Affairs Department in PharmEvo Pvt. Ltd., conducted a workshop on the utility of AI tools in Research. The learning objectives of the workshop included:
- Literature search and summarizing research papers with the use of AI software such as elicit
- Reading a research paper with AI tool in few minutes by using scispace
- Use of AI software’s like Quillbot and Jenni and how to use them for writing research paper.
The workshop was very well attended by faculty and postgraduates.
