Dr. Alaf Khan’s
contributions to
Healthcare in Pakistan

I have been reading the various write-ups by Dr. Alaf Khan in Pulse International. His contributions to the health-care services in Pakistan is exemplary. He was instrumental in getting services of ultrasound expert AL MOLANG and providing his air-conditioned office for functioning of the ultrasound machine and he himself shifted to the junior doctor’s common room. |Such dedicated professionals are very rare in Pakistan.

Brain in the Drain

I feel honored that you highlighted my backdrop in the column of "Off the Record ". While commenting on my write up on Brain in the Drain published in Pulse International Vol. 22 No, 19 Oct 1-14,2021. It was generous on your part, otherwise middle class persons from a developing country like ours have a story to tell. You take them in confidence with privacy, puncture them and they may open up or even burst. I salute you to elevate me which probably, I don't qualify.

Stay safe, healthy, happy and blessed.
