ATLS Course at CPSP Lahore

LAHORE: College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan has made six training courses mandatory for its supervisors and trainees. It will enhance the capability of supervisors to supervise the trainees and will also improve the expertise of the trainees. The ATLS & BLS trained doctors are rendering services in a better way and the stature of the College has been elevated internationally and the demand of FCPS degree is also increasing in the world.

participants of ATLS course held at CPSP Regional Center, Lahore from June 25 – 27, 2014.

The structured training system of CPSP nurtures the capabilities of young doctors. This was said by Prof. Zafar Ullah Chaudhry, President, CPSP, while addressing the participants at the conclusion ceremony of a training course. He further said that due to e-log system the training of under training doctors will be monitored in a better way. The launch of a new fellowship program will also help in providing the specialist doctors in the country. Prof. Khalid Masood Gondal, DGIR, CPSP, and Prof. Mahmood Ayyaz, Course Director also addressed the participants of the course.(PR)
