CCL’s Annual Sales Conference

LAHORE:A series of three exciting and fun-filled events were recently held to celebrate CCL’s Annual Sales Conference 2017 at Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi respectively.  Reflecting the motivational theme of Josh-e-Parwaz, the conferences aimed to acknowledge the outstanding efforts of the whole sales team.

As CCL believes in rewarding its high performing employees, the picture shows Kashif Sajjad Sheikh,

Marketing & Sales and Shoaib Ahmed, Chief Human Resource Officer handing over valuable prizes to
the shining stars of CCL. Many colleagues were rewarded with cash prizes while cars and 75 motor
cycles were also distributed
among those whose performance was extraordinary during the last year.

In each event, CCL’s senior managers stood at the reception to shower rose petals as screaming sales team stepped in the hall. Speaking at the occasion Mr.  Kashif Sajjad Sheikh, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, CCL said that “It’s always a pleasure to be here among all the champions. Thank you all for coming here and I know that some of you have come a long way. We all have been working hard throughout the year but there must be some time for some fun too,” he remarked.  (PR)

German Paediatric Surgeon
visits CPSP Lahore

LAHORE: P.R: Prof. Claus Petersen MD, Professor of Paediatric Surgery, Department of Paediatric Surgery, Hannover Medical School, Germany Visited College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, Regional Center Lahore. The Purpose of visit is to collaborate between Pakistan and Germany in the specialty of Paediatric Surgery for providing quality training and required number of specialist doctors. He held a meeting with Vice Chancellors of medical universities of Punjab, Councilors of CPSP, Deans and members faculty of paediatrics surgery. The up gradation of syllabus of Paediatrics on international standards, quality training of under training doctors, establishment of new departments of Paediatrics at Tehsil and District level, provision of required trained doctors in teaching hospitals were discussed in detail during the meeting.

FJMU and University of Punjab
sign MOU for collaboration

LAHORE: Fatima Jinnah Medical University (FJMU) and University of the Punjab have signed a Memorandum of Understanding recently. MoU was signed by the Vice Chancellors of both Universities.

According to this MoU, being a Specialized University in the field of Medical, Fatima Jinnah University shall provide advisory services and allow its faculty to act as a visiting teacher at the University of the Punjab. Being a large multidisciplinary University, University of the Punjab shall offer opportunities for education and research for the faculty development of Fatima Jinnah Medical University through short and long courses. Both Universities shall collaborate closely for improving quality of programs, curricula, examinations and research in the field of Health Sciences. (PR)
