Facilities of free angiography and angioplasty are available for non-affording patients while minimal charges have been introduced for affording patients with the approval of the Board of Management.

There are total sixty five beds in the Cardiac Center including two CCUs with thirteen and twenty beds each. Most of the cases coming to the Center Dr. Javed Iqbal said were of acute myocardial infarction and heart failure due to IHD and Cardiomyopathies. Emergency Ward has fourteen beds and about thirty emergencies are managed daily of which five to ten need to be hospitalized. A number of AMI patients, he said, are in late 30s or early 40s while majority of the patients are over fifty years of age. This Cardiac Center offers a ray of hope for the patients coming from lower socioeconomic group. Construction of the new Block, Dr. Javed Iqbal said has cost about ten crore rupees.  All this, Dr. Javed Iqbal said became possible due to generous financial help by the donors and philanthropists who continue to provide  the much needed financial assistance to ensure efficient functioning of this Cardiac Center. It also has a small Seminar Room for holding meeting and other academic activities which has been constructed with the help of a pharmaceutical company.
