LAHORE: There are five thousand interventional cardiologists in China and two thousand tertiary cardiac healthcare facilities where interventional cardiac procedures are performed. We have Cardiac Society of China and Society of Interventional Cardiology of China which was formed twenty five years ago. Last year alone one million cardiac intervention procedures were performed in China.
