Medial students are often worried what to do in future. Should they go for PLAB test, sit in USMLE Examination or opt for Fellowship of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan. Unfortunately we lack good role models in our institutions to guide the students. To select a career, Dr. Masood Jawaid said, you need to find your own passion. Try to know your own personality, your interest, education and vision. What are your goals and what skills interest you the most. One should choose a career in a field in which one is interested and where you wish to see yourself after ten, fifteen, twenty years. Find key to your passion. What is your personality type, know the dimensions of your personality. Opt for those activities which gives you satisfaction. You should know how to cope with stress, how to interact with peers. Every profession is not suitable for everyone. Myers-Briggs Type Indicators is most frequently used test to identify one’s personality. Remember Aptitude is your values. You can always make a difference by selecting a field of your interest and remember there is always room at the top.

Then the participants were provided a MBTI Personality Type Test Questionnaire which has seventy questions. The participants were asked to select any of the two answers, tick them and then calculate their score. The final score leads to some alphabets which has different meanings which help in identifying the personality.  Filled in questionnaires were later collected by PharmEvo team. After evaluation and work up, the personality type of each participant will be conveyed to the student’s coordinators.
