LAHORE: University of Health Sciences Lahore is ranked as the second best medical university in Pakistan because of its academic programmes and contributions to research. When the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council decided to introduce Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes with credit hours, UHS had already done its homework hence it was the first institution to be accredited by   PM&DC. Vice Chancellor of UHS Prof. Major Gen.
